Listed below are new projects that have been presented to AMI and we have considered them to be acceptable and viable. They are defined in detail below with potential costs associated with them: Church/Assembly Center for Monte Carmelo Retreat Center, Tegucigalpa, Honduras I have traveled to this complex for the past two years with First Presbyterian Church, Norfolk. I collaborated in developing the concept for the roof of a building that was started several years ago. This year they realized the need to develop specific plans for its use. The exterior must be designed and the interior must redefined. I estimate the costs to be as follows: Travel and expenses………….$700.00 Cost to do the work………$10,000.00 Masterplan the Monte Carmelo Retreat Center for Monte Carmelo Retreat Center, Tegucigalpa, Honduras This will involve working with the staff to understand what is wanted and look at the long range needs of the Center. We will put together a team of people (civil/site engineer, environmental engineer, electrical engineer and plumbing engineer) to help plan this project. I estimate the costs to be as follows: Travel and expenses………….$850.00 Cost to do the work………$15,000.00 New Church/Chapel for a pastor training center Bucharest, Romania This has been designed and the needs have been defined. We will put together a team of people (civil/site engineer, environmental engineer, structural engineer, electrical, plumbing and mechanical engineer) to help plan this project. I estimate the costs to be as follows: Travel and expenses………..$2,500.00 Cost to do the work………$30,000.00
