A home with severe fire damage is purchased by our client, warranting an entire restoration and renovation. Demolition and rebuilding of fire-damaged spaces was a big part of the project.

Our design opened the once boxy floor plan to living spaces that flowed, one to another. This allowed natural light from all windows to penetrate all areas of the down-stairs living areas. The removal of many trees, some sickly, also added to the new light filled home.

The open kitchen, breakfast room and den were ideally situated for this large family that frequently entertains.

While more budget conscious finishes were selected, the quality and craftsmanship are superb. Decisions like this brought the project within the budget of our young clients and their three children.
