Mr. Klemt serves as Principal in Charge, he will be directly responsible to the Client for all aspects of the contract. In his role as Principal in Charge, jointly with you the Client, he helps establish the goals and objectives of the project. He assures that the scope of work has been accurately defined and that the appropriate team has been assembled for the work. Ultimately, he coordinates all activities relating to the work in order to accomplish the results expected by the Project Team and the Client.
As the Project Principal, he will be the Design Architect during the Schematic Development Phases of the project to identify and research applicable codes and other standards. He will then assume the major role in the development of the approved design, which will result in the completed construction documents. He will direct the activities of other architects and technicians assigned to the project, as well as being responsible for the coordination with the other technical disciplines to produce a well-coordinated set of documents ready for bid.
