This project was a major kitchen remodel requiring the demolition of wall separating the existing kitchen and breakfast room, and most importantly separating the kitchen from the beautiful water views and natural light.

Appliances, cabinetry, and counter surfaces were outdated, and the client who is a gourmet cook desired a top of the line gourmets’ kitchen. Ample storage and abundant counters are what every chef desires.

New French doors leading from the breakfast room to the pool area opened the space for casual entertaining and vistas of the pool and patio.

An opening to the den from the breakfast room and an opening to the den and dining room from the kitchen provide for great flow of the downstairs living areas.
